Honey, I’m hooooooome!
I flew back early yesterday and got back to London about 2pm, after a nightmare-ish journey back, including an hour long wait for my luggage, a rude shop man, one missed train and a 35 minute standing journey to London.
But hey ho. I felt much better once I’d kicked my shoes off and had a cup of tea!
It was grey and cloudy when we left for Palma airport (at 7am, eesh!) so I did my matchy-matchy thing and wore my new grey, oversized sweater from Zara. It’s super soft, super comfy and cost me a grand total of €10 (£12ish).
Mum had a tough job stopping me from buying them in every colour!
I teamed it with my favourite skinny jeans from New Look and brand new suede ankle boots from Mango Outlet. They’ve got a small heel which I thought would be fine for travelling in but I’d forgotten how much walking you have to do at Gatwick airport…
I mean, they look great. But I think maybe I need to keep them for more sedentary activities!
I finished off the look with my trusty black Primark backpack (want to see what goes in my hand luggage?) and a silver and turquoise necklace from New Look (I think).

I had a fab time at home!
It was lovely to have Mum and Dad to myself for a bit and catch up with my best girls.
I initially had so many plans of things I wanted to do on my break: blogging, reading blogs, taking photos, etc.But actually, once I got there I just crashed. I spent most of my time draped over a sunbed or sofa, reading books and drinking coffee/tea/wine (depending on the time of day!). And it. was. blissful.
But now I’m rested, recharged and raring to go!
I’ve got so many plans for Little Miss Katy this Autumn. We’ll see how many of them actually come to anything (I’m known for making and discarding ideas at the speed of light!), but I’m excited to give them a shot.
Vlogging is one of my special projects that I want to focus on. I had a go at it while I was away, and found it a lot harder than I thought! I’ve got at least one day of definite footage that I want to put together to show you guys, and if you like it, I’m going to try and make it a regular thing, maybe once a week or so.
Practise makes perfect, right? :)
