And welcome to the first of my lovely new feature: FOTD Friday. (For those of you who don’t know: FOTD stands for Face Of The Day.)

On Monday I wrote a review for Makeup Revolution’s amaaazing 144¬†Ultimate Eyeshadow Collection Palette. It’s my new baby, cost me a grand total of ¬£10 and offers a choice of 144 (yes, 144!) fabulous shades.

Now, usually, I’d probably use about 6 of these colours and ignore all the others. But I thought it’d be quite fun to challenge myself to use every single one of them over the coming months (years?).

So here we go.

I think I’m a bit in love with this look.

It’s a bit bolder than I usually go for, but I was wearing all black at the time and felt like a vampire vamp look was what I fancied. And I actually really like how it turned out! Pretty and and sexy all at the same time, and absolutely perfect for Autumn.

I’m definitely going to be keeping this one in mind for Christmas Party season!

These are the three shades I used from the Ultimate palette.

The furthest one on the right is in my inner corner, the bottom one is covering my eyelid and the top one is on and under the outer corner of my eye.

Concealer: Collection’s Lasting Perfection Concealer in 01 Fair.
Foundation: NONE. (Cos I was feeling braaave…)
Eyebrows: L’Oreal’s Brow Artiste eyebrow pencil in Blonde.
Eyeliner: Collection’s Extreme 24h Felt Tip liner in Black.
Mascara: No. 7’s Exceptional Definition mascara (review coming soon cos I’m flipping in love with this stuff!)
Lipstick: Kate Moss for Rimmel in 107 (an Autumnal gem).

That’s not a great photo is it? Bit of a shocked cat face in this one… Aaaand I’ve just noticed my lipstick is wonky. Whoops!

So whaddaya think guys! Yay or nay for the pink vampy look? :)
