1 – I don’t like olives. – People find it hilarious that I grew up in Spain and hate olives so I get teased about this constantly. I just don’t like the taste of them. And I hate it when I buy a nice chicken salad from Pret and I’m really excited for my lunch and then I open it up and discover they’ve scattered chopped olives ALL over it… *shudders*. Rant over. I just really hate olives.
2 – I sing in the shower. – really loudly.
3 – I used to suck my thumb until I was about 6 years old. – I finally quit only to start biting my nails instead. A habit that unfortunately has stuck with me to this day.
4 – I’m bilingual in Spanish and English. – English parents, Spanish school.
5 – I get grumpy when I’m hungry and/or cold. – so moving to England was a grrreat choice…
6 – I took latin at school.
7 – I’m a massive Harry Potter geek. – I’ve read the books umpteen times. I’m on Pottermore and Hogwarts Is Here (AND I actually do the homework). I’ve been to the Harry Potter studios tour and very nearly cried in the Great Hall (embarrassing). I actually DID cry when I found out I couldn’t audition for Luna Lovegood in the films cos I didn’t live in the UK (even more embarrassing). And for my 11th birthday I asked for a broom that actually flew (whole new levels of embarrassing).
8 – I frequently re-read books from my childhood and teenage years: The Famous Five, The Secret Seven, The Princess Diaries…
9 – I love bright colours. – I went through a phase where my whole wardrobe was pretty monochromatic in black, grey and white but I’ve been slowly incorporating more colour into it for the past year and am loving it!
10 – I have a brother and sister who are twins. – I love them both to pieces.
