I TIDIED MY BEDROOM THIS WEEKEND.
You wouldn’t think that would require capital letters, but it totally does.
I spent most of Saturday evening having a mahoosive clean and clear out. I hung up dresses, bagged up old shoes to give to charity shops, dusted books, binned old beauty products I’m never gonna use and did 4 loads of washing.
Thinking about it now, I wish I’d done before and after shots. My clothes mountain was an impressive sight…
Seeing as everything is now so neat and exceptionally clean and tidy, I thought I’d give you all a little room tour. A little glimpse into my home life.
(So take a good look, cos it probably won’t stay like this for long!)

But London is an expensive city and because this is so titchy, I spend a lot less on rent than I would if I had a double. Also, I’m usually either at work, out with friends or at Gary’s, so space isn’t too big a deal for me.
I like my housemates and we have a fab lounge area. And I have a little balcony in my room. AND it faces west so I get all the evening sun.
So pretty perfect really.
Except for the whole tidying thing.
Some of my books and DVDs are stored away in boxes in the cupboard under the stairs and on top of my wardrobe but these are the ones I read/watch the most.
I do miss having them displayed on shelves though…

I’m actually off to visit her this weekend which is super exciting. I haven’t seen her since Christmas. And she has a DSLR too so expect a lot of photos!
